In English this week we have written a fantastic story of the true story behind the three little pigs. We have really thought about our punctuation and use conjunctions.
In Maths we have looked at the names and properties of 3D shapes. We have investigated their edges, vertices and faces.
In Geography we have looked at our city, county, country, continent and planet that we live in.
Last week in outdoor learning we started our investigation into compost and which one would be the best to grow things in. We have planted carrot and cabbage seeds and kept them in the greenhouse.
In English we acted out and looked at different sentences for the not now Bernard story. We wrote a command, question, statement and exclamation sentence.
In maths we were using our 2, 5 and 10 multiplication facts. We understood that repeated addition is multiplying the number.
In Geography we looked at the worlds oceans.
This week in Maths we have been multiplying in 2,5 and 10 by repeated addition and arrays.

We made Rudolf Christmas hats for the Christmas dinner. We look great!

We performed the haka beautifully in the Christmas play all week. We are all superstars! Look at our haka faces.
