Our next stop on our round-the-world tour was Italy. Lots of Class 7 found out really interesting facts for homework and some of our posters are on display! In English, we looked at Kit Wright’s ‘Magic Box’ poem and created our own, thinking of famous Italian things to put in our boxes like perfect pizza, the ancient Colosseum and the sound of a speedy sports car!
We also created some amazing collages of famous Italian landmarks out of different pasta shapes. Trying to fit the shapes together was a bit like a jigsaw!
